Dear Daniel,

This letter is written on behalf of the Buncombe County Schools to provide information
as to remedial action taken to the above referenced facility in reference to NOD letter
dated November 2, 2023 attached.

We had a daily violation for fecal coliform of 410#/100ml on 9-7-23 over daily fecal
limit of 400#/100ml daily limit.

Our next sample was complaint with a non-detect. We cleaned out the chlorine contact
chamber to make sure residual solids were not causing this event. The next three
samples during the month were compliant.
