Tract Two - Hicks Road
Those certain 35 acre and 41 acre parcels conveyed from W. B. Patterson by Deed
recorded at Book 386, Page 448, Harnett County Registry.
Tract Six - Hicks Road
Those certain 7.3 acre and 94 acre parcels conveyed from Gertrude D. Hallman et vir
by Deed recorded at Book 459, Page 20, Harnett County Registry.
"The above two tracts beings Tracts 2 and 6 of deed recorded in Deed Book
1179 at page 636, Harnett County Registry."
FIRST TRACT: Beginning at a point in the center of Johnsonville Road, same being
corner of Tract No. 1 and runs center of Johnsonville Road South 68 degrees East
12.57 chains, with iron stake for corner 40 feet North of center of road comer with Lot
3; thence with line of Lot No. 3 following courses and distances: North 15 degrees 15
minutes East 5.10 chains to a stake; North 4 degrees East 5.24 chains to a stake;
North 80 degrees West 7.99 chains; North 10 degrees East 8.69 chains; South 80
degrees East 7.07 chains; North 4 degrees East 50.50 chains to a stake; North 22
degrees West crossing Barbecue Creek 25.20 chains to a stake in the original northern
line of the Horace G. Holder lands; thence leaving the line of Lot No. 3 South 85
degrees West 13.50 chains to a stake, thence South 39 degrees East 19.50 chains to a
stake in Barbecue Creek, the mouth of Hickory Branch; thence with Hickory Branch
South 4 degrees West to the center of Johnsonville Road, the point of beginning,

This property was conveyed to Grantors by deed dated August 22, 1961 and recorded

THIRD T Beginning at a point in the center of the Johnsonville Road, a corner
with Lot No. 2 in the line of Lot No. 1 of the Horace G. Holder division, said beginning
point being designated by an iron stake on the north side of said road and 40 feet from
the centerline thereof, and runs thence with the line of lot No. 2 the following courses
and distances: North 15 degrees, 15 minutes East 5.10 chains to a stake; North 4
degrees East 5.24 chains to a stake; North 80 degrees West 7.99 chains to a stake;

North 10 degrees East 8.69 chains to a stake; South 80 degrees East 7.07 chains to a
stake; North 4 degrees East 50.50 chains to a stake; North 22 degrees West crossing
Barbecue Creek 25.20 chains to a stake in the original northern line of the Horace G.
Holder land; thence leaving Tract No. 2 and running North 85 degrees East again
crossing Barbecue Creek 15.50 chains to a pine knot in a rock pile a short distance
East of Barbecue Creek; thence due South 19 chains to a corner of Tract No. 4; pine
knot with pointers; thence South 24 degrees 30 minutes West 8.40 chains; thence
South 55 degrees East 9 chains; thence South 4 degrees West 66 chains; to a point in
the center of the Johnsonville Road, a corner with Tract No. 4 in the line of Tract No. 1 ;
thence with the center of the Johnsonville Road North 69 degrees West 12.56 chains to
the point of beginning, containing 101 .06 acres, more or less, and being Tract No. 3 in
the division of the Horace G. Holder lands. This is Lot No. 3 in Special Proceeding No.
3288 allotted to D.L. Holder.
