After review of your after the fact permit, additional information is required:
1. Per 15A NCAC 02B .0614(9)(a)(v) —Mitigation is required for Zone 2 impacts. The permit provided no mitigation
plan.

2. The square footage of impact to Zone 2 was calculated after construction. During construction were there any
additional impacts to Zone 1 or Zone 2? Or any additional impacts?
