Facility is active. A request has been submitted for representative outfall status for the following outfalls. Outfalls numbered
110-004 and 110-005 have been requested to be represented by the stormwater discharging from outfall number 110-013.
Based on my inspection and assesment of the site I recommend that representative outfall status be granted at this time.
Stormwater discharging from these outfalls run into the same recieving waters (Kings Branch)and have similar materials and
activities being performed in these areas.
