The applicant has completed the work associated with the approved plans under project number
Z03937-060420. This includes all land-disturbing activity that was covered under this project. The
project was completed in substantial compliance on July 16,2021 as noted in the Certificate of
Zoning Completion. The project was completed to full compliance with the ordinance and
permit requirements on March 5, 2022 as noted in the memo providing the release of the
performance guarantee. Please note this memo as record of project completion for the
applicant.
