Mr. Boss,

This letter is in response to your 11-2-23 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

We exceeded the daily limit of 10 mg/l TSS on 8-24-23 with a 11.4 mg/l. Our operator
noted higher seasonal flows and cleaning products most likely caused this exceedance.
We collected one additional TSS on the last day of the month of 2.6 mg/l to lower the
average to 6.57 mg/l which resulted in the violation for the monthly average over the 5
mg/l limit.

The current 40,000 gpd WWTP phase is getting daily flows during the summer months
beyond the 40,000 gpd capacity. The owners are working with the developer to initiate
the next 40,000 gpd phase expansion which will greatly enhance the treatment in the
higher flow months. We will make every effort to fully comply with additional testing
and daily adjustments as needed.
