Whole Effluent samples were collected from Durham County Triangle WWTP on 2/7/2023 and 2/9/2023 by
facility representatives Laura Melton and Sarah Dudley, witnessed by Robert Langley of Division of Water
Resource (DWR), Aquatic Toxicity Branch (ATB). The sample was for use in an a chronic Ceriodaphnia
dubia pass -fail toxicity test, which was performed by ETT Environmental, Inc. on behalf of ATB. This test
passed for the toxicity inspection. Toxicity test information follows.
