This document certifies that the land disturba ce permit for the above
reference project is complete; 1) all conditions of the approved land
disturbance permit are met; 2) all disturbed ar as are stabilized with
permanent ground cover, permanent armor o impervious surface; 3) all
proposed roads, utilities, permanent erosion c ntrol devices and other
infrastructure have been installed according to approved plans; 4) all
requirements of the approved stormwater pla are met; and 5) all
temporary sediment and erosion control devic s have been removed or
converted to permanent stormwater devices a cording to the approved
stormwater plan.
As of the above date, the Water Quality Divisio of Wake County
Department of Environmental Services, deems his project to be complete
and the Land Disturbance (Grading) permit clo ed. This document also
serves as a notice of termination of the NPDES Kermit (NCG01). Continued
self-monitoring of the project for NPDES compliance is no longer required.
