It appears that the permanent impacts to surface waters have decreased from those approved in the issued 401 and
therefore do not need updated written authorization. I will file these in our records.
Please ensure that any required approvals for the change in impacts to the riparian buffer are obtained through the
locally delegated program (Chatham County).

Hi Zachary,
We were asked to work with the property owner in finalizing the permits for the subject project. We were not
the original engineers of record during initial permitting. I have attached an as -built plan we provided to
Chatham County showing the impacts associated with the construction of the home. I have attached the as -built

and a narrative explaining the change in impacts for permit DWR 4 20211806. Please let me know if you need
additional information for the changes to the approved impacts.
