DWR is in receipt of the request to modify the previously issued 401 for this project. The request is contingent upon
USACE confirmation of two wetlands being re-evaluated for jurisdiction under the current WOTUS regulations. DWR is
unable to process the 401 modification until receipt of confirmation from the USACE of the change in jurisdictional
status of these wetlands. Please forward any confirmation and/or communication from the USACE when
available. DWR will consider the project to be "on hold" until receipt of the confirmation.
