Stormwater Narrative
This project entails the construction of a 16140sf Church with associated parking and
drive aisles. The site impervious area will be below the density threshold of 24%.
Stormwater will be collected via surface flow and discharged through a curb outlet system.
The stormwater will be conveyed through a minimum of a 100-foot grassed swale. The
grassed swales will be designed to convey the 10 yr. storm and will not exceed a
longitudinal slope of 5 percent.
