Response to Administrative Completeness Review
1. 1x application fee check in the correct amount(this item is required per Session Law 2023-134,
Section 12.14(e)(2)):
• Please be aware that, effective October 3, 2023, our permit application fee structure is
as follows:
• New Permit or Major Modification for a project with one (1)or fewer SCMs =
$1,000
• New Permit or Major Modification for a project with two (2)SCMs= $1,250
• New Permit or Major Modification for a project with three (3) SCMs= $1,750
• New Permit or Major Modification for a project with four (4) or more SCMs=
$2,250
• Minor Modification = $250
• Renewal =$750
• Transfer= $750
• Renewal &Transfer Combination = $1,500
• General Permit= $700
Response: Noted, thank you for the information.
• Per the submittal items,this project will require an application fee of$1000 as this
application is for a New Permit for a project with 1 SCM. Please provide a new
application fee check in this amount so that we may process your application. We will
void and return the provided application fee check to the permittee (unless a different
return address is indicated by close of business tomorrow).
Response: A new check for the$1,000 review fee has been included with this
resubmittal.
2. 2x hard copies of the Application with the following corrections made (These items are required
per 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(a) and per Section VI, 1 of the Application):
a. Section IV, 8—The percent impervious area for the project area does not appear to be
calculated correctly. Project density calculation information can be found in 15A NCAC
02H .1003(1).

Response: The percent impervious area for the project area has been updated per
instructions.
b. Section IV, 10—The values for"Proposed Impervious Area" and "Total (sf)" should
match. Please revise.
Response: The "Proposed Impervious Area"value has been revised and now matches
the "Total(sf)"value.
3. Please indicate whether this development is a commercial subdivision or a commercial single
lot.
a. If this is a commercial subdivision, please provide 2x hard copies (one original) of the
deed restriction document(This item is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1003(7), 15A NCAC
02H .1042(2)(k), and Sections VI, 2 &VII). More information can be found on our

Response:This development is a commercial subdivision. Deed restriction documents
have been included in this resubmittal.
4. 2x signed &sealed hard copies of a plan sheet showing the following corrected additions:
a. Wetland delineation or a note on the plans stating that there are no wetlands located
on-site.This item is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g)(iii) &Section VI, 8m of the
Application. Please also list the name of the individual that made this determination in a
note on the plans.
Response: Wetland note added as General Site Note#42 on sheet C3.0 per request.
b. Project boundary delineation labeled with accurate bearings and distances (Required
per Section VI, 8i of the Application and 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g)(ii)).
Response:Project boundary has been labeled with accurate bearings and distances on
sheet C3.0.
