GENERAL MDC 11 : OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT.
The owner of the SCMs shall enter into a binding Operation and Maintenance (0&M)
_ RIP-RAPAPRON Agreement with the party responsible for implementing the stormwater program under which
