The owner of the SCMs shall enter into a binding Operation and Maintenance (0&M)
_ RIP-RAPAPRON Agreement with the party responsible for implementing the stormwater program under which
(SEE DETAIL) vV the SCMs were approved. The 0&M Agreement shall require the owner to maintain, repair,
or reconstruct the SCMs in accordance with the approved design plans and the 0&M Plan.
v v A \ The 0&M Agreement shall be referenced on the final plat and shall be recorded with the
county Register of Deeds upon final plat approval. If no subdivision plat is recorded for the
