To date, I have had no success. This letter serves as notice of inspection, scheduled for January 30, 2024, at 1:30pm. The facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General Permit NCG050000 under Certificate of Coverage NCG050355. Permit coverage authorizes the discharge of stormwater from the facility to receiving waters designated as Hitchcock Creek (Midway Pond, Steeles Mill Pond), class C waters in the Yadkin River Basin. In preparation of this inspection, please have the following available: • Most recent Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and available previous versions • Most recent Certificate of Coverage (COC) • Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCCP) if not included in SWPPP • Solvent Management Plan (SMP) if not include in SWPPP • Employee Training records relating to environmental or stormwater for the last 3 years • Analytical and Qualitative monitoring records • Other documentation relating to your permit If you or your staff have any questions, please contact me at (910) 433-3389 or via e-mail at kelly.jonas@deq.nc.gov.
