Comments: This DMR is being submitted because the E-DMR system does not have a tab for
outfall 002. It is assumed that this is so because the site had representative outfall
status prior to permit issuance. Upon permit issuance, it was requested to send
renewal for any outfalls that had representative outfall status.The site submitted the
required documents but has had no response back from DEQ and therefore is
monitoring this outfall.
As required by the referenced permit in Part F-2,attached is the original signed
discharge monitoring report(DMR)for the Georgia-Pacific Wood Products LLC(GP)
Dudley Plywood Facility Outfall 002. Lab results in July 2023 for Outfall 002
exceeded benchmark parameter for TSS.Tier One response actions were
completed. Outfall 002 was monitored again in Nov 2023 and all lab results show
samples were within requirements. No benchmark parameters were exceeded
during 4th quarter 2023.
