AUTHORIZATION of Tar - Pamlico River Buffer Rule (15A NCAC 02B.0259) Certificate
Dear Mr. Worthington:
You have authorization, in accordance with 15A NCAC 02B .0259 to impact 360 square feet of Zone 2 of
the Tar - Pamlico Riparian Buffers to construction a 18' x 20' boat storage shed. The proposed shed will be
built over existing impacts of a concrete slab and area of gravel and sand fill. If you change your project
you must notify this Office and you may be required to send us an application.
This letter does not authorize any impacts to either Waters of the United States or Waters of the State.
Please contact the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) if any
impacts are proposed to either of these waters. If you have any questions regarding this matter please
