Division of Water Resources' Central and Regional staff has reviewed the application package
received on February 15, 2023, and subsequent additional information received on May 15, 2023 and July
25, 2023. However, additional information is required before the review may be completed. Please address
the items on the attached pages no later than the close of business on October 30, 2023.
Please be aware that you are responsible for meeting all requirements set forth in North Carolina
rules and regulations. Any oversights that occurred in the review of the subject application package are
still the Applicant's responsibility. In addition, any omissions made in responding to the outstanding items
in Section A, or failure to provide the additional information on or before the above -requested date may
result in your application being returned as incomplete pursuant to 15A NCAC 02T .0107(e)(2).

A. Site May:
A site map was included within the Additional Information Package received on May 15, 2023.
While attempting to ascertain the parcel numbers for the golf courses, a possible discrepancy
between field location and field name was found. Brunswick County GIS legal descriptions indicate
that Panther's Run Golf Course is located on Parcel 2270001501 while the site map included states
that this area is Tiger's Eye Golf Course. Additionally, the area labeled Panther's Run on the site
map is listed as Lion's Paw (Parcel 2110003403) on Brunswick County GIS.
Please review the site map, make any necessary changes to this map, and provide an updated
Section IX of Form: RWS-R 02-21 that includes the parcel numbers for each golf course and any
updated coordinates.
