Overall, site conditions appear to look good, performance standards for vegetation are met and minor encroachment within the conservation easement areas was noted. Written communication needs to be provided in the future if any other encroachments occur on the site. On June 8, 2023, DWR issued a partial credit release of 10% for partial completion of Task 2 milestones, with a commitment to issue the remaining 10% when confirmation of supplemental plantings required by DWR had been fully implemented. On November 13, 2023, Wildlands submitted confirmation that all supplemental planting efforts had been fully implemented. DWR received a bond rider and continuation certificate for performance bond (#107889544) issued to Wildlands from Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, in the amount of $80,000, to cover monitoring and maintenance at the subject site. The term of this bond ends with DWR approval of the Year 2 Monitoring Report. Future credit releases will be dependent on both the renewal of this performance bond and the annual monitoring reports.
