The Division is in receipt of a 401 modification request for the above noted project and require additional information to
complete our review. Please address the items listed below within 30 days of this email. Please note that the
application will be considered on hold until receipt of a complete response.
1. The proposed additional impacts are within a DOT mitigation site. The Division requires confirmation from
USACE and/or IRT that the proposed additional encroachment into approved mitigation site is allowable.
