We included the attached FWS T&E correspondence with the application, but I don't think USACE gets all the
attachments sometimes. Page 2 on the second attachment is the overall site plan with impacts labeled. Page
2 has the stream impacts in Phase 2 labeled as Stream Impact A (S1), Stream Impact B1 (S2), Stream Impact
B2 (S3), Stream Impact B3 (S7), Stream Impact C (S4), Stream Impact D1 (S5), and Stream Impact D2
(S6). We did shovel tests for Phase 1 with negative results. No impacts will occur within the floodplain of
Ramah Creek.

I need to also see the ME report for this one. I didn't see it included in the package. Also, is there an overall site impact
map. I saw the letter from SHPO and I'm trying to figure out where exactly these Phase 2 impacts are.
