Thank you for your time last week to review the AO Smith property and potential sources of Zinc and Copper. Attached
is the Tier III Response Letter and the Sampling Investigation Plan that AO Smith will be starting. I believe Tier III requires
NCDEQto sign off on the plan, so please let us know if anything further is needed. We will get started with scheduling
the sampling as soon as we have your agreement.
