I am notifying you of a sediment loss on R-0623 (Troy Bypass). The loss was discovered during a routine site inspection
by Tommy Chapin from Area Roadside.

The loss occurred at Sta. 77+00, Rt. of L-line. The estimated loss is between 15 to 20 gallons.

Erosion control measures were in place and functioning but, were overwhelmed by the rain event. I have recommended
that the contractor remove the sediment immediately, before the next rain event.
