County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on December 14, 2023 Rq Construction LLC (1620 Faraday Ave , Carlsbad, CA
92008) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification,
pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity for which this
certification is sought regards Other. The DWR’s proposed date of final action on the application is January 20,
2024.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on
January 20, 2024. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form
here: <https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/401_Public_Notice_Comments>. Written comments may also be
mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
