Application Narrative:
Build a proposed bulkhead 2' waterward of existing one, filling 22 sq ft of
submerged lands and 100 sq ft. of coastal wetlands. Face of bulkhead is upper
limits of coastal wetland vegetation. The proposed length including wing walls
would be 70 feet.
