I've had a chance to review the application you submitted for a Buffer Authorization for your driveway crossing at Lake
Royale, but it sounds like what you really need first is a determination as to whether the buffers even apply to the
stream you're crossing. If you could just confirm what I gathered from the application, that would be helpful. If my
assumption is correct, then please fill out the attached form and email it back to our office so we can send someone out
to your property to look at the stream. Thank you.
