Brandee,
Good afternoon. Mulberry will be proceeding with a temporary stream crossing (60 If) for the stream that runs
adjacent to the Peaceful Place roadway at the Mulberry Farms project. The location of this temporary construction
access is shown on the 231215 PEACEFUL PLACE temp-culver PDF and the Wetland (ClearWater delineation ) Map -S12
peaceful Place pdf. Due to the narrow width of the roadway, approximately 10-12 feet and close proximity of the
stream to it, the road is not wide enough to allow for tractor -trailer that delivers the cabins to drive on the road and
locate/set for the crane that places the cabins to set up on the road. The crane has outriggers that extend perpendicular
to the crane on the front and back corners. The road is bordered on one side by the creek, which is downslope and
immediately adjacent to the road. On the other side of the road is an uphill slope and concrete foundations for the
cabins. To have enough distance between the crane and the slope/foundations to extend the outriggers, a temporary a
construction access impact is needed to provide a pad for the crane to set and place the cabins. According to the site
manager and crane operators, it is not possible to deliver the cabins to their sites and set up the crane to place them on
their sites without a temporary crossing of this stream in place.
The temporary construction access culvert that was installed in Thomson Branch, (Impact S33 — 48" 601f) )to construct
the back -of -house building has been removed from Thompson Branch.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] Mulberry - Temporary Construction Access
Brandee and Andrew,
I wanted to send you a courtesy email and let you know that Mulberry will be proceeding with a temporary
construction (NWP 33; non -notifying) access on Hopewell Branch. This includes twin 24" culverts and
approximately 0.032 acres of temporary impact (may be as small as 1.015ac). The wetland, stream, and
banks will all be restored upon completion as required. The temporary impact is approximately 100 feet
downstream from the proposed bridge location over Hopewell Branch. The purpose of the crossing is to allow
construction equipment to work on both sides of the stream for road and bridge construction.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Thank you,
Clement

Jurisdictional wetlands and waters identified on this map have been located within sub -meter accuracy utilizing a Trimble mapping grade Global Positioning System (GPS) and the
subsequent differential correction of that data. GPS points may demonstrate uncorrectable errors due to topography, vegetative cover, and/or multipath signal error.
Note: The illustrated wetland and stream locations are approximate. These areas have been flagged in the field; however, they have not been surveyed. Although Clearwater
Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is confident in our assessment, the US Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) is the only agency that can make final decisions regarding
jurisdictional wetland and waters of the US delineations. Therefore, all preliminary determinations are subject to change until written verification is obtained. CEC strongly
recommends that written verification be obtained from the Corps prior to closing on the property, beginning any site work, or making any legal reliance on this determination.
This map was prepared by CEC using the best information available to CEC at the time of production. This map is for informational purposes only and should not be used to
determine precise boundaries, roadways, property boundary lines, nor legal descriptions. This map shall not be construed to be an official survey of any data depicted.
