Effective January 1, 2024, Jeffery Greer, Interim Environmental Services Manager, will be given
permittee signature authority for the City of Salisbury WWTP's eDMRs and Wastewater System
Annual Reports, Town and Grant Creek Stormwater Pollution Prevention PIans and Salisbury's
Pretreatment Program.
Jim Behmer, Utilities Director, has been given permittee signature authority for the City of Salisbury
WWTP permit, Salisbury Water Treatment Plant permit, Salisbury Collection System permit, Salisbury
Residuals Land Application permit, Town and Grant Creek Stormwater Permits. Mr. Behmer is also the
back-up permittee signature authority for the WWTP's eDMRs.
