Chatham County
On December 5, 2023, the Division received a request from the Town of Siler City to extend the
deadline for the Scheduled Activity, "Award Construction Contract for Main Interceptor Replacement
Project", due to funding delays. This Scheduled Activity was originally due to be completed by
December 30, 2023. Upon reviewing the request and additional documentation, the Division has
agreed to grant a 90-day deadline extension for this Scheduled Activity. The new due date is March
29, 2024.
