I apologize for the late response. The statement "This Authorization shall expire five (5) years from the
date of this letter" typically means that you have 5 years from the date of the letter to complete the
work/impacts being authorized by DWR. It is standard language for our authorizations. Since this is an
after the fact permit, this does not apply to this permit. If you would like to do additional work/impacts,
you would have to apply for another permit.
