Attached is a markup of all the changes included in our November 3, 2023 update as compared to our original 2022
TS4SMP. The markup was created in Microsoft Word using the Track Changes function.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have regarding the rationale for the proposed changes.
Aside—I have been able to track down some information on the culvert in Wilmington you mentioned yesterday that
EPA was asking questions about. It might be easiest to discuss by phone if you have availability before 10am this
morning. After 10am I'm booked solid with meetings until 4pm. But I'm available between 4-5pm this afternoon also.
