Dear Ms. Deuterman:
The Caswell County Board of Education has reviewed the Division of Water
Resources General Permit NCG5900000 for greensand and conventional type water
treatment plants and requests that the discharge from the South Elementary School
WTP be covered under this new general permit. The Caswell County BOE
understands that the Division will rescind the individual NPDES permit for the South
Elementary School WTP — NCO086983 when the Certificate of Coverage for the
General Permit NCG5900000 is issued to the Caswell County BOE for the WTP.
