The subject permit needs to be rescinded. There is no discharging SFR system at this address. The home has a traditional
septic system with a drainage field as documented by the attachment from the county health department. The current
homeowner has no knowledge of a discharging system or such a permit for his home so he feels like he cannot request
rescission.
I think we should just go ahead and rescind.
