The Division received your request to rescind the subject Certificate of Coverage (CoC) under General Permit
NCG500000. We do not object to this request.
NPDES CoC NCG500130 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit file for the
Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a
new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

It's the wrong form but I can accept it as a rescission request.
I can't rescind a permit without approval from the Regional Office. If you're comfortable agreeing to the rescission
without a site visit, that's fine. It's your call.
Just let me know when I can rescind it.

Hi Daniel,

Earlier this year, SELEE re -piped the non -contact cooling water discharge lines and they are all now
flow to the City of Hendersonville POTW. We have the system approved through the city and SELEE
is no longer discharging non -contact cooling water to the creek.
The attached signed form requests closure of the site permit, NCG0500130.
