PWC Fayetteville's Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) for Cross Creek and Rockfish Creek, covering January 1st through
December 31st 2022, has been reviewed by the Division. The review indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies
the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H.0908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance of North Carolina Pretreatment
Programs. You may wish to print this email to retain for your records.
Please note: the next PAR will be due March 1, 2023
