Harnett County Regional Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR), covering January 1st through December 31st 2022, has
been reviewed by the Division. The review indicates that, with the inclusion of the updated pages received March
10,2023, the PAR is in good order and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H.0908(b) and the Comprehensive
Guidance of North Carolina Pretreatment Programs.
The next PAR will be due March 1, 2023.
