The system is a deemed permitted collection system with four (4) pump stations. The system seems to be well operated and maintained. All the pump stations were clean, except for PS at Davis Dr. that had --50% of grease. Generators and visual alarms worked well during inspection. Audible alarm in PS#2 was barely audible. The following violations were detected during the inspection: 1. Recordkeeping of pump station inspections and system O&M are non existent. This violation was documented with a notice of deficiency in the previous inspection performed 02/18/2020. At the time, example forms were provided but have never been implemented. 2. There are two pump stations (Leach St. PS# 1 and Mill Loop PS#2) that have a water supply. However, they do not have a backflow preventer to avoid contaminated water to enter the water system. A Notice of Violation is being issued for the items 1 and 2, above.
