The Fayetteville Regional Office Division of Water Quality has completed review of the
Eleventh Supplement report of groundwater monitoring conducted at the Wagram Plant site. The
report contained a request for approval of changes to the current scope of groundwater quality
monitoring: As outlined in the subject report, Westpoint may institute these changes.
Be sure that all groundwater quality monitoring required by your Permit WQ0008764 is
continued as specified in the permit. Any changes to these monitoring requirements would
require a permit modification.
