Let's try this again.
Answer number 10- was removed when shoreline was stabilized. I didn't request that permit.

Why are you writing above next to 480?

Ok
I have this now.
It was confusing before because I was adding dredge and shoreline together.
But on this one it is dredge only

Tamara,
Your application is still saying for question #8 480 above and 52sgft below in your
impacts below the normal pool. Question #9, you have 532sgft = 0.012 acres. I still don't
know what this 52' below is and the 480 should be your below impacts as they are from
dredging in the water. And IDK what 532 is for above impacts. Y
Number 10 ask for you to describe vegetation in the buffer (above pool) you have total
disturbance above 156 sgft which doesn't have anything to do with the question
number 10 asks. And IDK what above impacts of 156sgft is for.
I need you to correctly fill out the application because your numbers are still making no
sense. Reviewers need to be able to look at the answers to your question and know
exactly what your impacts are. I'm going to try to help you again SEE BELOW
If you are only doing a dredge and nothing else then your numbers should look similar
to what I'm providing as an example below.
Number 8: Total amount of impact below pool/normal water level.
dredge
Permanent impacts: 40'x12' = 480sgft which equals 0.01 acres for the
Temporary impacts: N/A
Number 9: Total amount of impact above normal pool/normal water level
Permanent impacts: should be 0 (zero) because you said you were only
doing a dredge.
Temporary impacts: N/A ( this would be your access corridor through
the buffer if doing work by land.)
Number 10: Description of the buffer area.
Provide a description of the buffer area.
I can not fill this paper work out for you or complete your sketches for you. Please
provide the corrected information for your project to my email asap. See
attached. Please redo the application and drawings as I can not process the current
application with the incorrect information you have provided thus far.

HI Amie -
Sorry for delay
I am only doing Dredge as Kyle short already has shoreline stabilization
and that's where the confusion is coming from DEQ on approval.
My dredge cut is 40'x12'x3' depth.
8) 40 plus 12 = 52'
52'x 3'=156'
My above would be 156'
Below 52'
9). Permanent impacts 532' = .012 acres
10) total disturbance 156' above full pond.
This is exactly what I have on my form I submitted.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Tamara,
I can't process your application for 20220845 Ver 2 for
Kyle Short Dredge. Your numbers aren't making any
sense again. In your sketch you only have a dredge.
40*12=480 but your modified application says 532sgft
of permanent impacts. Are you also doing shoreline
stabilization? I didn't see any mention of anything other
than a dredge. You will need to resubmit drawings tow
show both dredge and shoreline stabilization if that is
the case. However, looking at a picture you submitted,
it looks as though the shoreline already has rip rap for
stabilization.
You also have all of your impacts in the wrong numbers.
Please be sure to read the question and place your
numbers in the correct spot. You risk not having a
permit for the correct measurements which could result
in an NOV. We need to get this problem solved before
any new staff take over your permit applications as this
is taking away a lot of time from permitting other
projects in a timely manner and I would hate to have to
start denying your projects due to lack of correct
information.
