The pipe has been scheduled for removal as of today per Resident Engineer (Meredith Hayes). Once the
work is complete and surrounding areas stabilized as per Roadside Environmental/EC guidelines we will
forward photos.
Ryan/Martin: Project DH000524 is not located in division 7 and is not one of our projects. We are astute with
reporting for compliance.

What correspondence are you lacking? Della and I have been discussing this concern over the last two days as there has
been discussion on whether the pipe will be left in place or removed, no decision has been made as of yet so no photos
or updates could have been provided.

Great Morning! I haven't received any correspondence from the staff on that project yet. I had plans to visit the site
Monday due to the lack of correspondence; unfortunately, I just received an email from DH000524 concerning a
sediment loss of 6 5-gallon buckets and will be on that project Monday. ( I don't know if you were notified of that loss.)

As discussed previously, the extension of the pipe into BZ2 goes beyond the permitted impacts of the project. Once the
pipe is removed, please stabilize the area with coir fiber matting and native seed. Please send us photos of the
completed work.
