Impact Justification and Mitigation 1. Avoidance and Minimization 1a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project. The impact on this project will be next to none. The area where the corner of the house will be constructed into the buffer by 13' will have more than adequate amount of silt fence to ensure no run off to impose damage on the creek. There will be silt fence up through the entire construction phase with daily recordings to ensure no maintenance is needed, if so, then it will be fixed immeadiately. 1 b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. The measures will be as listed above, there will be silt fence through the entirety of the build and recordings daily to ensure to run off to create erosion. E. Diffuse Flow Plan 1a.
