To Whom It May Concern:
The Town of Clayton has inspected the above referenced project for completion. The site is
stable and acceptable; therefore, we hereby issue this Letter of Completion. This letter shall be
used as required closeout documentation of both the erosion control plan and permit as it pertains
to the associated NCGO 1 permit.
NPDES General Stormwater Permit NCG01000: This project should have been covered by the
new NPDES General Stormwater Permit NCG01000 (Construction Activities). You must
terminate the NCGO1 Certificate of Coverage electronically at the following website: e-NOT
form. A completed Notice of Termination Certification must be uploaded as part of this process.
Please direct questions about the e-NOT form to the Stormwater Program Supervisor of the North
Carolina Department of Environmental Quality's Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land
Resources.
