Inspection Summary:
The facility is still being built so there is no office to review any required documents.The site has multiple basins in
sequence, but the oulet(s)is/are in question. The site appears to sheet flow across the site to outlet into the basin at the
outlet point and bypasses the basin chambers and baffles. The basin on the North side of teh project has vertical slopes with
no additional room for sloping sides. The ditch on the North side of the project,next to the elevated water tank, drains toward
the road. The site detail of the basins doesn't provide details of how runoff flows between basins and the outlet points)with
types and sizes of outlet. These issues should be resolved before the permit is issued
