The inspection performed last Monday 12/04/2023 for a Concrete Batch Plant permit(NCG14-518) application identified
issues with the onsite drainage and basin.The inspection report is attached, but the problems found on site were the
lack of proper conveyance of runoff to basins, conveyance between basins and outlet areas not properly identified and
detailed with vertical slopes in sections of the basin and runoff from dich on the North side of the site is toward the
road.These issues should be addressed before any work begins on site so, please let me know if you have questions.
