I was looking over the addi?onal informa?on you provided on June 29, 2023 & July 28, 2023. Everything looks good
except for a few small issues:

Please correct the following:
- Supplement-EZ Form, Wet Pond Page:
o Line 2 – The provided value for Wet Pond #1 (12,336 cf) does not correspond to the value provided in
the calcula?ons (12,236 cf). The provided value for Wet Pond #2 (24,478 cf) does not correspond to the
value provided in the calcula?ons (26,578 cf). Please revise as needed.
o Line 25 – The provided value for Wet Pond #1 (622.0 ?) does not correspond to the value shown on the
plans (624.75 ?). The provided value for Wet Pond #2 (621.75 ?) does not correspond to the value
shown on the plans (6,22.0 ?). Please revise as needed. NOTE: The temporary pool eleva?on is
determined by the invert of the lowest bypass device.
o Line 32 – The provided value for Wet Pond #1 (3,663 cf) does not correspond to the value provided in
the calcula?ons (3,633 cf). The provided value for Wet Pond #2 (3,306 cf) does not correspond to the
value provided in the calcula?ons (7,688 cf). Please revise as needed.

Please provide the following:
- 1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the revised page of the Supplement-EZ Form.
- 1x hard copy (2x hard copies for plan sheets) & 1x electronic copy of any other items needed to address these
comments.

submission package may be lost while being sent from the Regional Office to me in the Central Office.

Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing
these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is s?ll in order), we can issue the
permit without doing another formal review. The quickness of the next review for this project is dependent on reviewer
availability.

Reviews under the standard permitting process generally take 75 calendar days, but can take up to 90 calendar days per
statute (our other reviewer, Corey Anen, no longer works for the State, so this review may exceed 75 days). Please
upload all documents that you mailed into our office through the link provided below. Be sure to choose the Central
Office as the Primary Contact office.
