Please find enclosed a Revised Non -Discharge Application Report for the month of
October 2023 for the subject facility.
When entering data for the November reports it was discovered that Field 4 and Field 5
irrigation totals for 10/31/2023 were inadvertently left off the October NDAR, which also
resulted in errors on the October NDMLR. Both reports have been corrected.
