Inspection Summary:
Tim Fox with DEQ, DWR, ARO inspected the site. Randy Parkins assisted during the inspection.
The system is designed to collect, store, treat, and utilize waste generated by 150 dairy cows and milking operation. Waste is
hauled on corn, hay, and cover crops and liquid waste is collected into a holding pond.
Facility has been under threshold for at least 3 years and Remission of permit request procedures were discussed.
Soils due in 2024
Spot checked: Tract 731 Field 8 Grass/Hay and waste analysis 4/06/2023.
Put 2023 calibrations in the file by December 30, 2023.
6 hours of continuing education credits needed by 1/1/2025.
