Yes, I confirmed yesterday that they have the credits needed available. They did not mention a specific bank
name - only to include the stated name as Holdings III, LLC. Could you please include all the possible bank
options?

The Wildlands SOA appears to be from August, have you confirmed that they still have available credits? Also do they
have a specific bank that they will be pulling from, or should I list all possible bank options from Holdings III, LLC in the
updated letter?

We have had to go with another mitigation bank for the above referenced project due to credits not being
available or on hold currently at the previous bank mentioned in our application. Could you please update the
attached Compensatory Mitigation Form to state that the credits are coming from Wildlands Holdings III, LLC?
I have attached the SOA from Wildlands for your convenience.
