TN Crab Orchard steps for lake access.

Grass buffer, no trees removed, minimal disturbance to buffer. Dredge spoils are to be left onsite at the top of the property near the
road, outside of the buffer area. Spoils will be far enough from lake to prevent any run off from occurring. Access corridor will be
restored to original condition when project has been completed.
