Tim Heim & Lauren Armeni of the ARO performed a review of the permit application and subsequent site visit on October 24, 2022. Mr. Brown (applicant) and Seth Early (Soil Scientist- LRM) were present and assisted with questions during the inspection. The subject property and structure on it were as described in the permit application. The existing failed septic system was as described in the permit and was not currently posing an environmental concern due to non-use. The property has a temporary pump and haul permit issued by Buncombe County Health Department. The adjacent stream was as described in the permit application and appeared to have continuous year-round flow (perennial).
