The Division received your request to rescind the subject permit. We do not object to this request.
Per the approval of this action by the Mooresville Regional Office, NPDES permit NCO045471 is hereby rescinded,
effective immediately. This message is to close the permit file for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a
new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the rescission action. No hard copy will be mailed.

Mr. Weaver,
Today I met with Wes Bell to inspect the work we have just completed on the decommissioning of the WWTP noted
above. Mr. Bell directed me to request that you rescind the permit on this plant based on his inspection today. Would
you mind confirming that Children's Hope Alliance has now met all the requirements of the State to decommission this
plant in your response?
